How it works:

  • Discovery Call

    Let’s kick things off with an hour-long discovery call to identify your needs and estimated monthly budget. This is your time to ask any questions you have and for us to get to know each other to ensure a good fit!

  • Project Proposal

    Once we’ve met and I know your needs, I will put together your Project Proposal which outlines each of the 3 packages you can choose from for your monthly retainer.

    The proposal includes how many hours per month you’ll need, the monthly rate for those hours and the deliverables for each.

  • Getting Started

    Once you’ve selected your package (I can also revise it as needed after your initial review), I will send over the Welcome Packet and Agreement. Then we get started!

  • Yes, that information is shared when I send the Services Overview deck.

  • Once we’ve decided on a package, I will outline every week’s deliverables on Monday and share with you. This will give you full visibility to all work and the status of each project, every step of the way. Each timeline is customized for you and your business’s needs.

  • Nothing is published without your express written consent. All content is sent for your approval beginning with overall concept and including artwork, messaging, audio — everything!

  • All communications will receive a response within 36 hours via email and/or Monday. I am available weekdays from 10 am - 4 pm PST for you to book a time to meet. You will be notified in advance of any planned time off.

  • If you need to suddenly change gears and implement fresh content urgently, this need is subject to my availability and bandwidth. Please note that a rush fee may apply and will be listed in the agreement we sign.

  • Team meetings are subject to availability with the duration subtracted from the monthly allotment of hours.
